Location, location, location! In the heart of Incline Village, NV is the Central area near the major intersection of Hwy. 28 and Village Boulevard. The neighborhoods here range from lake level to the north side of the highway and include everything from single family homes, condos and PUDS, to commercial real estate.

On a map, you will see that the Central area includes streets such as Incline Way, Tanager Street, Oriole Way, and Alder Avenue. The Central area is also a source for major thoroughfares like Northwood, Southwood, Village Boulevard, Hwy. 28, and part of Lakeshore Boulevard.
