This mountain side neighborhood is littered with trails and lake views. Nestled in the pines, the Jennifer area mainly consist of single family homes and some of the finer estates in Incline Village.

The southern end of the Jennifer neighborhood starts at Barbara Street, just off of Hwy. 431/Mount Rose Highway. Jennifer Street meanders through the hills and serves as the main thoroughfare for many small cul-de-sacs like Bridget Court, Ralston Court, Carson Court, Marlette Way, Sutro Court, and Bidwell Court. Geraldine Drive is also a major road through the Jennifer neighborhood servicing Randall Avenue, Ida Court, Charles Court, Jeffrey Court, Ellen Court and Colleen Court.
